1. Vendors may begin setup up to 3 hours before the event.
2. Vendors must remain until the event concludes and may not break down early.
3. No other vehicles, including cars or vans, are allowed on the grounds during the event.
4. Vendors are responsible for trash removal, including packaging.
5. Pets are not allowed as guests at this event.
6. Generators must fit within the designated area.
7. The LBA Committee will notify vendors of their acceptance. All fees will be refunded minus a $10.00 processing fee if an application is rejected.
8. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather prior to the start, your prepaid space will be carried over to the following year’s event.
9. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.
10. If applicable, NJ Sales Tax Certificates must be included with your application and displayed on-site.
11. An online payment must be submitted at checkout along with this application.
12. I understand that I must obtain a Fire Safety Permit from the NJ Department of Community Affairs – Division of Fire Safety (a fee is payable to the state of NJ, and the application is available online at http://www.state.nj.us/dca/divisions/dfs).

By clicking submit, the Vendor/Exhibitor agrees to release and hold harmless the Borough of Lavallette and/or the Lavallette Business Association for any damage or loss experienced during this event. Payment and submission of this application confirm the agreement to these rules and acknowledge the Participant's acceptance.

1. Space Dimensions: Vendor spaces are 10 feet deep by 12 feet across. Vendors are responsible for all display needs, and canopies or umbrellas are encouraged.
2. Arrival Time: Vendors may arrive up to 2 hours before the event starts. Vendors may not leave until the event concludes.
3. Vehicle Access: Access by vehicle will be limited, and no cars or vans may remain on the grounds during the event.
4. Trash Removal: Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, including packaging.
5. Pets: Pets are prohibited at the event.
6. Generators: Generators are not permitted.
7. Vendor Acceptance: The LBA Committee will confirm the acceptance of each vendor. If an application is rejected, all fees will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.
8. Event Cancellation Due to Weather: If the event is canceled due to inclement weather before the event begins, your prepaid space will be held for the following year’s event.
9. No Refunds: No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.
10. NJ Sales Tax Certificates: If applicable, NJ Sales Tax Certificates must be included with your application and displayed on the premises.
11. Online Payment: An online payment must accompany the application at checkout.
